The Google Music service is known well. Actually, only available in the U.S., but if you register with an U.S. IP address, you can then use the service worldwide without any problems.
I myself keep my entire iTunes library with Google Music, because better safe than sorry. Even though I can not download the songs again, I see it as an additional backup. I know I can download a couple of songs and albums on an Android device and a browser addon let me download one song after another again, but at 14,000 pieces that is not really an option.

Innovations are limited, but it should finally fix the problems in shuffle mode and in conjunction with multiple accounts. The Shuffle mode wasn´t working right, I myself have experienced that. Let’s see whether it has improved.
