We just got over the big discussion about Apple iBook 2 and textbook deal. You know, if it is ok, is it good, bad, evil, normal and so on, but than there comes the next big number. Apple sold 350.000 textbooks in the 3 days after their event in New York.
Of cause, we don´t know if this is much or not, but at least we have now a number to compare when Google, Amazon or Microsoft or who else start their thing.
Unfortunately there is no mention of how the distribution looks like. Altogether there are in fact only eight textbooks. 7 cost, the 8th is free. I also find the number 90,000 interesting. So many times Apple´s controversial software has been downloaded, which creates for free textbooks for the iPad.
